Hello, I'm currently going through the process of attempting to open 0% business credit cards to hopefully potentially use as the downpayment to qualify for a hard money loan, to then use that hard money loan to purchase and flip properties.

Learning the business by myself primarily through books, as well as practice, failure, mistakes, and consulting with others, was a process that required an abundant amount of time/capital.I would definitely recommend the option of partnering with an experienced rehabber on your first project.

It's a learning process but in the long run it will pay off.

I just logged onto the WilliamPaid website to look into it for electronically processing rent payments and found this message on the home page. 

This is an official letter that the eviction process has begun and they need to either pay or leave the property.

I do not need to go over all of the eviction details but the first tenant was basically ghosting and I will never see another dime from him so before saying go after him for money that is not an immediate option.I then finally had a renter who passed the backgroud, credit, and application process and wanted to move in.

Am I going to self-manage the process?
