Some roofing companies will include removal/replacement of panels after the shingles are replaced and some won't touch it.

This is a franchise and I reached out to the home company in the past and was told it was a franchisee issue and not theirs.

Politicians have been making idiotic housing policy - starting with rent control - for over a century.The idiots still don't understand that when you screw with a free market you get lots of unintended consequences - and many times you end up with the opposite effect of what you are trying to achieve - NYC is one shining example of this...Sigh

Was this handled at a title company or escrow company and your deed properly recorded. 

If you are using an accounting software, it is impossible for the assets to not agree with the equity / liabilities.Did you factor in everything from the closing statement(such as pro-rated rent, closing costs, lender fees, etc)Did you use a PM company, if you did, did you factor in incorporating the PM Statements.Again, if you are using an accounting software, and factoring in all the transactions from your bank account / credit card, it should not be off.
