Unfortunately suffering from “analysis paralysis” by constantly reading real estate books, attending webinars and listening to podcasts but not taking any action.

Not a fan of poison and not because of the smell if they run into a wall or a box spring and die, which can happen but the smell actually goes away fairly quickly, but rather from watching a few die from it (awful) and the fact that they can run outside with the poison in them where coyotes, owls, raptors, lions, snakes, dogs, cats, etc. may eat them and suffer the same awful death from the poison.

Many airbnb guests value their privacy (which is why they Airbnb) and will be shocked and upset to be sharing a wall with others and your reviews will suffer.

(to do it's part to revitalize the area).Ask for 15 year tax abutments for all boarded up buildings brought back to life.Do not let them plant trees in the verge areas, as they obscure the views of the buildings and the area is already very crowded.Good Luck!.

Intel will undoubtedly have people that will travel to the plant from out of town for various reasons, and they'll need a place to stay.

I'm jealous you already have roots planted there!

There's tourism and the college and power plants, plus the hospital so I think there's enough to keep it full.
