That's a bummer that happened to you but the growing pains are worth it!

I've been in contact with the city planner and he wants to connect me with the zoning administrator to further discuss my interests. 

It is a bit of a pain if you travel long distances to bring your own sheets but I have done it as a consumer.

The duplex will have higher turnover and be more of a pain in your butt.

You can ask your employer or plan administrator.

At that point most are truly free to go all out on what they are passionate about and know the income will likely be there to support them regardless.Agents can be a pain especially new agents for a brokerage.

You can pay a property manager to take on some of the day-to-day  problems, but in the end, there's no mercy limit on the pain a property or a tenant can bring you.

The administration process has already commenced.

Although the whole process was a royal pain in the *** I find that most of the foreclosures I am looking into tend to make it here before they hit the price point that I am looking at paying.
