Looking for recommendations on a property management company in Topeka Kansas. This will be for a small apartment building.

Hi all,I am doing  a few Commercial/Multi-family deal(s) simultaneously and heading down the path of bank loan(s) with a couple of regional banks.I am being offered from the same bank several scenarios. 

I would love a rental that offers multI-season attractions.

I just wanted to help those looking for a multi-family four-plex in Florida. 

I've been looking around at a few and it seems many will only lend on multi-family up to 4 or 6 units, and many don't fund for rehabs. 

After that we did another four multi-families mixed in with single family homes.

An individual condo that can be bought by itself is always worth more than that unit as part of a multi unit  property, assuming it is Ina decent desirable area. 

My biggest or most unusual problems were: abandoned vehicles, a person escaped from a mental institution, tenants with pet rattlesnakes that escaped their container, a round trip visit to the dentist for a wisdom tooth removal, a one way bus ticket from Kansas to Georgia, cashing $25,000 worth of checks each week for a group of guys from out of state, etc.  

My wife and I are both  medical professionals  and we make a decent income but we would really like  to get into real estate investing within the next couple years,  primarily  buy and hold multi family properties.
