I do not believe that agents are motivated to do the best job in finding and screening the right applicant.

The tenant is motivated to stay because they locked in ultra low rent in options.

I am not longer motivated to be a loan officer in an office from 9-6.

I think any motivation from a seller is good for an investor but you still want to make sure they win too.
