This is just human nature whether you are talking about real estate or not.Another issue is some people have a scarcity mentality and don't want to help their competition.I regularly get asked to mentor people, they offer to help in return for my knowledge.

I feel the email blasts are click bait junk, I put it on par with men's health telling me every month I can get 15 minute abs.But nice to have would be market data.

Now you have an opportunity to address the rodent issues, which indeed you should do before they cause a health hazard and before your property is exposed to more damage.

Cannot believe the mental battle and adjustment I have, and am still going through.It's amazing how our minds are entrenched in fear, anxiety, false security etc.  

She's in her 70's and has had some health issues.

I rent RVs.I got off track due to mental illness, so am no longer expanding, plus I posted a few wacky posts a while back,,but the First Rental thread has good solid info in it.In a nutshell, buy something for a few thousand.  

Many times the average seller has a reason to move (out of state, health, health of a loved one, job etc) and they can't risk waiting for the next one.I am required to give all offers to the client and advise them, it is what I do.

I have a passion for fitness and health that seems to stem from my desire to better myself in someway everyday!
