What website do you use for comps?

It’s funny how no where on their website can I find anywhere to post a review.

Often times you can go onto several of the brokers websites and find which one's make that claim.

I was wondering if anyone could point in the directions of book(s), website(s) (beside just BP) or other resources where I can learn the art of structuring deals.I really want to learn two sides to structuring deals:1) Investors: How to learn the various ways to structure real estate days that will capture a potential investors interest. 2) Purchasing: How to learn the various ways to structure real estate deals that i am interested in purchasing but learning how to put it together so its not just a win for myself and my investors but also the seller. 

When a neighbor calls to complain about detached-home tenants swearing loudly, other than saying "tell me more" and letting the caller vent, any favorite phrases I could use to let them feel heard without triggering wounds or having the conversation dragging on forever? 

There are hundreds of turnkey providers all over the country so please make sure to buy it from a good vendor.Also with the fact that its your first rental i would recommend investing only in B/B+/A- type of a dealThere was a website that someone on BP had recommended a while back.

@Dean Taylor You can read about these kind of loans on the HUD website : https://www.hud.loans/fha-221d4/In my opinion, syndicating equity and getting a standard commercial loan would be a better option in most cases. 

Simple things like a professional website, ability to take payments online, a real tenant application/screening process, maintenance tracking, after hours call system, financial reporting, etc. 

I am trying to determine a strong market to start searching for deals but am not sure where to start. Any suggestions?
