All kidding aside someone was about to tell you that there's about a million posts directly below yours that explain wholesaling and that it would have been less effort to read them (or just one of them) than to ask a question like that in a new post.Since we're on the subject, wholesaling is getting a property under contract and then flipping the paper, either through an assignment or a double closing to a cash buyer.

With people still coming back, (parents that stay in the city they left Katrina for while their children finished high school... people like my mother) i can say that with the distressed home and steadily rising market I see positive growth potential.I am flat broke... but I have been helping my grandparents and living with them during my college years... so i am not this lazy kid who wants to make it over night.

That is the situation better explained.Sarah Bixby and John Thedford thanks for that 1% tip, never know about it....is that 1% return on rental rule supposed to be net or gross ( meaning after taxes and insurance and other expenses)Now the plot thickens.....las afternoon i received a call from my realtor, that the bank is considering another higher offer , and if i would consider give a higher offer.

Dont get me wrong, I have probably dealt with more good inspectors then bad, but theres always that 1 or 2 who got beat up too much as kids in school.
