Definitely smart to do it if they owe you a large sum, you may receive the money one day from the judgement.

Not trying to rain on your parade, just saying, if your properties have been sold and you're collecting payments or managing collateral, you are in violation without a servicing license.As to the market and your area.

What I mentioned was that, "I know this isn't want you want to hear, but I feel as the rain is coming down so hard and the wind is so strong that I felt water might have been blowing into the ridge vent and making it's way down and following the path of least resistance."

You can get a judgement and even that will do zero good.

The biggest benefits to a GOOD mentor should be open communication where you can ask "dumb" questions without judgement and receive meaninful answers in a way that you can easily understand.
