I read it and it gives a lot of approaches on how to interact with people.

The part I don't like is talking to co-workers or others I may have to interact with in the future and giving the impression I'm going to pull a rabbit out of a hat and solve their problem or one of someone they care about.Getting excited doesn't help.This is no deal and let's face reality, you're in no position to be "helping" taking on risks with a really thin deal that is more charity work than investing/dealer operations.

Ive read and watched "plenty" about this business hours upon hours... but would like some good ol fashion "chit chat" about your beginnings.

@Rick Baker I'm no expert as I am currently going through my first home renovation loan, but I've chatted with a few colleagues and the process, hurdles and outcome all seem to be about the same.

I just finally decided to create a profile and get on here to interact/move forward instead of just laying back and reading what everyone else was doing.

There isn't much info out on the business, so I'm not sure if the business functions within the wholesaler role only, or if just offers an environment for the seller/wholesaler/buyer to interact amongst one another.
