I am curious if anyone has had a good way of getting to the point that I'm not giving you much money compared to what you think. Sent out my first hundred mailers yesterday and I'll be sending another 800+ next week. Also need a little help on what information I should get during the first talk with these sellers. Any insight would be much appreciated! I'm from southern New Jersey but mailing to people towards philadelphia.
