Great response to the previous post - so I thought I’d share another hi yield note strategy, although this one is more a note arbitrage play.  

What RE strategy do you recomend me, when looking for financing?   

We just closed on an all cash purchase via an SMLLC of a SFR at auction (at a healthy discount to market due to distress) that we intend to use as an investment property, and we're looking for guidance on the best strategies for pulling as much equity out of the deal as possible to roll into another property (identified but yet to be purchased).  

I've had issues with there chosen title insurance and being told it is illegal for them to deni title insurance due to domestic violence (legal advise) can I just go in and pay cash for full offer amount????
