Owner occupied homepath contract

Posted

I'm under contract on a homepath property and need to add llc due to being a domestic violence, they are telling me I cannot because it's not considered a real person,I have to cancel the contract and resubmit an offer as an investor, risking losing my dream home. I do understand what they are saying but I'm set to close and I put in the offer I did (over asking) because it's not an investment property!!!! I've had issues with there chosen title insurance and being told it is illegal for them to deni title insurance due to domestic violence (legal advise) can I just go in and pay cash for full offer amount???? And what does that do to my contract and owner occupied requirements of 1 year?
