I currently work full time 50+ hours a week for a large Natural Foods Distributor.

I went to a trade school and did have a job to put food on the table, but none of that money from the job went to real estate.

Get the $10 buffet they offer, food is excellent.

To keep this brief, I will simply highlight that a tenant agreed to another 6 month lease beginning in January 2015 (agreed via text...perhaps not the most legally binding, but nonetheless). 

We have a great community center, Lakes, Canals, convention center, Fire/Police/Library food, POffice, Golf Course, grocery store, shops & of course beaches.  

@Martin Scherer  I was the worst landlord ever.. by the time the tenant got done whining to me I just let them stay for free and delivered food to them and helped with the kids clothing !.
