:I would have liked it a lot more when it was listed for $32,500 in Nov 2014 Greg:Me too ... picking it up at 30K, one could have done a deep energy retrofit - and made sure the garage was properly sealed so it won't kill anyone - and still come in considerably less than 74K.

All I have to say is:" You create the life you work for. " I have seen people with lots of money lose it all and I have seen people with nothing rise to heights never seen before.25,000 a year X .17 = 4,250 to charity.Let's say someone making 500,000 a year gives 10% to charity 50,000.
