@Sam Frank I know some hauling guys but that is a different job than doing a full gut.

Seems like if you want to do this business over the long haul find real deals and don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Waterfront properties can add a whole lot of appreciation over the long haul too!

The only thing I can think of is receipts for expenses that you may haul around in a grocery bag to you local accountant, but you could scan them and send copies to anyone.

If you're a risk taker in it for the long haul, places can be had really cheap up there.

I've also toyed around with the idea of turning the large room into a studio apartment considering it already has a separate entrance and that is the room I was planning on adding the second kitchen to anyway.
