To date everything I’ve purchased was word of mouth.

This  has put a bad taste in my mouth for low income rentals. 

I use direct mail, MLS, signs, wholesalers, and word of mouth.

I know you've put your money where your mouth is.

Typically I’ve found that the more you are “in for” the happier the lender tends to be.

Too bad for them that their video helped me more than them (straight from the judge's mouth) and the judgement was in my favor with plaintiff awarded nothing.

Also, word of mouth is huge.

Mind you, this wouldn't be a good investment decision, but it would be about your quality of life and making you happier. 

Taylor,Fortunately for me, Rhode Island is a very small state so I found all of my contractors by word of mouth.

I'm really starting to get a bad taste in my mouth w/ this wholesaling crap(I can't win) but he's motivated so... anywhoo, what should i do, I have no earnest money to put down and besides, he's in Atlanta and the contracts will have to be done by fax.
