I didn't see him say that, and would assume that he also accepts check or money order sent to him like I do, just trying to set up ONE convenient method to pay him online.

We see other investors – usually who have been in the business for a while – come across that once in a life time investment and we use that as encouragement to find properties that conveniently fit into our current financial situation…or lack there of.

You are counting the additional rent they will generate without knowing what it will cos you to add that convenience and thus you don't know if it makes sense to spend whatever it will cost in exchange for the additional rent you hope this will generate.
