LIke how to get rich in foreclosures right now would be pretty tough to do since they are non existent.. or in a uber hot market like now.. owner financing or the super duper lease option niche these all work in heavy distressed economy cycles but pretty tough today.  

I am a new duplex owner and would love to get started off of a template.

There's a house at the end of my street that is condemned, the owners were hoarders and have filed for chapter 13.   

We are in the market for a two or three family property that we will owner occupy for at least a year or two until we are ready for another.

This does not mean the buyer/borrower will default on an owner financed carry back mortgage.

We did it for two years before moving into the main house.The best part is you can still do refinances since it is technically owner occupied.

However there will always be props that go through the full process that will never change.Very much agree on the FLA condo situation very scary for owners and debt holders I have to think.

One big corporate owner runs the show and you pay when they want to do anything to the complex.The 25% looks pretty good on paper.

Idaho is very pro owner but I work everything like I am in CA.

You may not owner occupy it.
