Has anyone here dealt with extensive mold in bigger higher end properties and what advises or experiences can you share?

Just joined the site and am still figuring everything out.Recently became intrigued in acquiring property to rent out (I plan on reading some of the guides here to learn start knowledge).

I have a lot of knowledge about the local area's Real Estate market and wouldn't mind helping anyone out.

Though im not an investor yet,  i do have a bit of knowledge about the market around this area.

@Kusum Chanrai One way to speculate on heavy upside is turning to areas which are soon to be better served by public transportation, for example Chinatown which will soon see the extension of the Muni Metro T Third line through the financial district.

Hard to scale a home buying business nationwide without local knowledge & infrastructure on the ground.

I have been studying and soaking up knowledge from Biggerpockets for the past 2 years and finally beginning my journey as a wholesaler.

Does anyone have knowledge of double closes (wrap around mortgages)..

While this squatter(s) has no title, right or lease to/for the property they have been living there in the open with the knowledge of the previous owner. 

Until my wife bought a new, but extensively hail damaged Subaru last year (to replace her hail damaged and totaled 10 year old Camry), that Xterra was the last new vehicle I bought.So, my advice is that if your income supports replacing your truck and you can find the cheapest thing that meets your needs, go ahead.
