You can google the entire process and find out how to flash properly. 

I would do two things: get professional bids on renovations (no fly-by-night contractors offering to save you a buck) and ensure I have the funds set aside to cover the cost.If you don't want it, I'm happy to take it off your hands.

For example, if there's a  vacancy, you'll have to prioritize your schedule to fill it and have a process in place to screen applicants properly.

@Jaison Emmanuel Well now that I know you are using a Realtor, I'm not allowed to give you any advice, but see my comments above and hopefully you can ensure the suggestions I gave you are in place.

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.
