Im interested in getting into real estate but there several obstacles that are slowing me down im thinking about doing some whole selling to build up enough for a downpayment for my first house i want it to be great to rent out rooms, but my problem is not knowing where to go from here i found a house i want to flip, but where do i find a buyer or investor... does anyone know of a way to help?

He is a bit tired of working on this lot and said that he would be willing to let me take on the project (I would have to get the financing and manage it, he doesn't want to get the financing)  and we could then share the profits of the flip.

I'm thinking about moving back there to do some fix n flip.  

The big complication is I have another flip project happening simultaneously with holding costs of ~$3400/mo.
