I will cut back on my work hours (if I can) during the month of March and half of April study real estate and complete the "home inspection courses" need to become Certified.My entire drive for real estate is not only to have long term retirement income but to own my one foam filled penalized factory, then to construct fast built home in which a home is 100% competed in one to three weeks.  

It’s a great way to learn more while doing other things such as exercising, driving, etc.Get involved with a local REIA groups.

When you drive for dollars, and get a bunch of them on your list, and are ready to mail to them, call them, etc...how do you go about it?

What is the best way to find an investor, or at least drive traffic to view them using this site?

I owned a house in Parkwood Hills on the west side, and Epic is driving the prices up on that side of town.  

We can just talk on the phone, but I'm not making a special drive to talk or to pick up money.

Section 8 in Cleveland drives me nuts.It is like dealing with the Cleveland division of water.

My number one piece of advice is to load up a podcast app on your phone and starting listening to the BP podcast from episode one to the current while you are driving or whenever you have time.
