We have friend who live across the street who informed us that, despite our very specific contract of no cats and only the two existing dogs, that the tenants were up to 3 dogs and 3 cats!

Also the current tenants didn't disclose that they got a dog a few months back and didn't sign a pet agreement, with having them sign a new lease agreement I'm going to have them sign a pet agreement and put down a pet security deposit.
