So I am trying to wholesale houses and I like the idea of probate leads, but when I called the county court sent me to the supreme court, and they told me to go in and look on their computer for the records, is this the best way to find the probate leads with real estate attached or is there an easier way to find the records..?

I have a similar story with TD Bank, which used desktop underwriting, producing a very low value on a house we had renovated.  

Frankly, I would much rather spend my time researching, improving, and adding properties to my portfolio versus the typical 9 to 5 spent at my computer.

They view putting 1 million down as a major deal on a property so they want max yield which doesn't compute with passive investments and demand in NNN.

May we have the address to look it up on our computers?

You can check out Air DNA which computes a slew of different statistics for a given area as far as investing in Air BnB goes.

To get set up with them it did require someone from the real estate board come by my office to make sure I had secure files, locking doors, password computer, ect... but nothing too crazy or unrealistic to have.

Panicked phone calls from a tenant on the last day of the month begging us not to present the December rent cheque on the 1st because of a hitherto unknown systemwide bank freeze that had allegedly knocked out all of TD bank's computers and made it impossible for them to transfer the necessary funds to the tenants' chequing account to pay rent.
