They may be doing that because they're not sure about you....But if you can show them that you're a serious buyer and will close on the right property, there's no way that they should be charging you to go look at a home.

For those people SAVING less than 30K per year... rentals or turnkey rentals are the way to go at least until you have a good knowledge and cashflow base of a couple thousand every month.
