Most people solve this with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Or find a corporate rental program where you can offer a higher price with custom amenities (e.g. furnished unit, etc.)

I think that is the right call Kimberly Anderson Just like any other business, you have a way that you do business that the customer needs to conform to.

Me personally I started in a tech high school studing Carpentry and did that for a while after high school, worked in the record labels in NYC, club promotion, car sales, medical, insurance, etc... and did a full circle to what I love... something about treading through over grown, vacant, smelly, flee infested, houses has a very theraputic effect on me.

I'm too young to be an old-timer, but honestly I thought you were referring to a totally different Dave and Pete, both of whom have many satisfied customers and offer way cheaper REI education seminars.I'd hold off on giving these people your money for now.
