Hi @Shal Patel,I'm going to respond without reading the thread, so my answer isn't colored by the other responses. :)Conventional 'debt payoff' wisdom falls into two categories.- Pay off the highest rate first.- Pay off the lowest balance first.I can see the pros and cons of each.Specific to real estate, however, I disagree with them both!

They asked me what I was willing to bid up to and would give me a light color based on the likelihood that my bid would get accepted.

I think what you’ve painted is really black and white in that is has worked for you, but there is a world of grays and colors for other people to use that are trying to create the same picture.

If they pass with flying colors, it may be best to keep them in there longer. 

What would have happened if Jackie Robinson only played baseball with other colored people?

It has to include the product by name, width, depth, length, color, and manufacturer.

I bet on myself in a world that lacked opportunity for people of my color.

It's gotta be something, your religion, skin color, shoe size, eye-brow thickness, something, anything just NEVER your actions and decisions, nope, no-way no-how, never ever ever. 

I do want to take a moment to give a shoutout some of the scum that showed their true colors and make sure they get they're fair attention and so you know when you are reading them who they are really .  

And color has ZERO to do with it, but CULTURE has EVERYTHING to do with it.
