I tend to specialize in larger homes at 4bedrooms to 6 bedrooms.So I'm back up to about 80% revenue compared to last year but overall this year will be significantly down compared to 2019Here are my experiences during covid.1) I branched outside of airbnb and vrbo to do some marketing on zillow and get some longer term bookings that range from 1 month to 6 month long furnished bookings at a significant discount. 2) One good market is the insurance market where people need temporary (2 months to 12 months) due to house burning down and insurance is covering the rent3) Challenges this summer is from young travelers.
