COVID has me WFH until at least summer 2021.

I tend to specialize in larger homes at 4bedrooms to 6 bedrooms.So I'm back up to about 80% revenue compared to last year but overall this year will be significantly down compared to 2019Here are my experiences during covid.1)  I branched outside of airbnb and vrbo to do some marketing on zillow and get some longer term bookings that range from 1 month to 6 month long furnished bookings at a significant discount.   2)  One good market is the insurance market where people need temporary (2 months to 12 months) due to house burning down and insurance is covering the rent3) Challenges this summer is from young travelers.   

I really enjoyed the process of searching for properties, writing offers, etc. and I am considering getting my real estate license to work part time during the school year and full time in the summer.

The kid gets a summer job and stuffs a Roth IRA and/or has spending money.
