The lower level has durable vinyl-plank flooring and plenty of natural light with egress windows.

The marketing "tactics" (I call them tactics because most use them as that, but good people market their brand or style, even in investing) are generally marketed toward systems for investors and then they create your marketing to investors which isn't great.

I had also read that the vehicle doesn't even need to be brand new, just brand new to me, which may be a better option if buying outright.

I went out replaced all my light bulbs with LED when they first came out.
