I'm not an experienced landlord (only learning) but at this point I'm satisfied with the software.  

If they don't want to give it I will send them a range from an automation only and tell them it could fall anywhere in there depending on the condition.

Once you deduct the income taxes you pay, software to stay open, potential office rent, insurance, gas / vehicle expenses, etc. you quickly see how it's just plain difficult to see where a PM makes money here. 

Leslie, traditional mailing lists like MailChimp send the same messages to all subscribers.Marketing automation systems like ActiveCampaign work individually with each subscriber.

I suggest looking into a free property management software company for rent collection instead of using these apps.

One account to receive rent and pay property expenses.Another one to keep security deposit.Finally, a separate bank account to pay for business expenses (property management software fee, education fee, etc.)

@Leonard Sanford Jr I recommend looking into a free property management software that allows you to screen your applicants as well as collect your rent online.

Looking for software suggestions or anything really I am familiar with patience I know im not going to see real results for a couple of months but I set my budget around 1500 a month is that a good starting point?
