So I have my LLC formed.  

But for me the best means of taking action has been networking with people in person.

I started saving up to become a homeowner in the near future and that simply was not enough for me, I wanted more than just a mortgage to pay every month till I paid it off or moved to something bigger.

It has been a pretty good place for me to park rental repair and capex money as well as my personal emergency funds.

I live in CA and have a family member managing the property for me.

I think for me in my investing, either going the Multi-Family Rentals or Flipping or BRRR, still trying to decide.

In process of closing on first multi fam residential property, a small duplex (house hacking.) just a question on forming a LLC.

You might find you can only get a 20 year mortgage, possibly in the form of a 5 year arm.  

I know the BP podcasts have a lot of info on investing out of state.I live in the Twin Cities myself and the idea has intrigued me although I do not think there is enough future appreciation potential in the smaller markets for me to invest right now.
