In order to get the best interest rate on my refi (this is a BRRRR deal), my loan company has now told me that I am required to get a document filled out by a 3rd party property manager.

That would be included in the HOA documents.

If found in that situation, at least in Florida, the agent should enter into agreements with both parties as a no-brokerage agency which is a signed document removing the duties of care and diligence and limited confidentiality.  

@Sharukh Ahsan- I just had this happen, day before closing we find out they never properly served the documents or did the paperwork correctly.

If you can justify it, document it, it's tax-deductible, period.

She has X days to get rid of the dog or show valid documentation as to it being an emotional support or service dog. 

Make sure to agree on all of the roles, duties, decisions and money then see an attorney to draft all the documents and security instruments for the funds. 

Hi Ronnie, Super sorry to hear that happened, I would document everything you can clearly on losses accumulated as well as proof of negligence on construction you say he has not done correctly.
