Found out about a "service" dog living in my rental property

I texted the tenant asking about the dog and wouldn't get an answer.  The next time I went there, (with a 24 hour notice), the dog was in the outbuilding.  I heard it barking.  The tenant went out of her way to lie about having a dog.  When she was caught because I heard it barking, she said it is a "service" dog.  And she has "papers".  But she won't show me the papers when I ask for them. I asked her what breed it is, but she won't tell me.  I asked her if it would bite people.  She won't tell me.  I need to show the inside of the house to potential buyers, but she is not working with me, to put the dog up when I give her a 24 notice of entrance.  I couldn't come over today because she didn't read my text with 24 hours notice.  She has 4 weeks left here.  month to month.  I have 12 interested buyers that want to see the inside.  It looks and smells horrible inside.  I showed buyers what it looked like before she moved in, disclosing that it looks a lot different now.  They still want to get inside.  **What do I do?**  She basically broke the lease, and the dog could be a Pitbull or a German Shepard or a restricted breed for insurance.  I don't know!  I have multiple offers coming in, subject to a walkthrough.  Which gives the buyers the upper hand.  Is my only choice to wait until she leaves?  And lose a few thousand dollars?
