It seems like the mortgage to buy the property that already has rental income, and then to to build on it, may be tricky or confusing.

Hello everyone I’m in the process of purchasing a rental property in Idaho I have an Idaho LLC and need to open a bank account but I live in California and they want me to register in California Does anyone have any suggestions on which banks I can go through or should I go to to Idaho to open the acct. 

Lastly and perhaps most important you open up your current home to which the HELOC is tied to, to the risk of it being taken from you.I personally, like to cash-out refinance, its simple and straight forward now for most banks they'll only allow 75% - 80% LTV but, some allow much more you just have to shop around.

What do you all think about asking the prospective tenant to send over last two bank statements to verify 3x the income of rent? (I also ask for last two W2s)

So after going through the initial budgeted down payment, total loan payment, employment verification credit history etc, we then started focusing on the tasks at hand which were the home improvement requirements and exactly was I wanted done.

I am looking for advice on funding due to a unique situation where I cannot provide personal income verification.

I would find a competent and honest GC who is willing to put in a fixed bid on a detailed scope of work that is defined by you and execute that bid, with your and the permit inspector's verification prior to any money draws, of course.

I am certainly planning to to BRRRR, I think it is the strategy that fits my goals better.
