IE" you may record this loan when you can insure me in first position "  or something to that effect.apparently someone got ahold of the title insurance policy and found out the positions were reversed if it went through title with proper escrow instructions its the Title companies Boo Boo and they have to fix it.. has nothing to do with a Scribner error.. like the wrong name on a deed or misplessed LLC..
