Some of the big players in our area are sitting on around hundred a piece with tons of room in the sub division.One of the real big players blew in 5 or 6 roads in a huge sub division poured around 25 basement before winter rates went into play and they are still sitting as open basement to this day.In my area subs have become super greedy and want a fortune.

I went to check layout and realized how contractor laid out tile left to right would put grout line on edge of metal strip from the house and I could imagine that cracking in the future, I made him take all of it up an redo it correctly.

During the inspection it was discovered that there is a tiny bit of asbestos in that wall (not sure if “tiny” makes a difference when talking about asbestos), so it sounds like that work will need to get permitted as well and in order to do that I imagine they will require me to have it professionally removed?
