I own a commercial automotive shop in Pearland, TX and leased it out in October 2019 on a 5 year lease.

I hope to become a one-stop shop for folks who have no idea how to go about acquiring property in the USA.One big question that people immediately face, is how to legally, or at least safely transfer large amounts of RMB (100k usd+) out of China to the USA.

I'm a Process Engineer by experience, did many years in an automotive supplier plant, so I like to think I have the eye and mind for breaking things down, finding the root of the issues, and building systems, so anytime you want to talk shop, or just shoot the bull I'm always down!  

That being said, I did not shop around, I used the bank where I complete most of my business. 

Usually $2-3k/month takes care of all shopping/groceries/gas/entertainment.I invest through my works retirement plans.

Definitely shop around and try to buy around holiday deals.

As I begin scheduling lunches and coffee meetings, I would like to prepare a statement that would answer some of the questions that a seasoned mentor would want to know about a potential mentee (thus saving time and money).

I find as  a 30 something year old these cities have many of the things that I am looking for like cool coffee shops, accessible nature, walkability and really cool housing stock.So, my question to fellow BP'ers: What do you think of this thesis?
