In order to achieve your goal of 75 units in the next few years or beyond this goal, you should start looking into buying larger properties.

Eventually getting into multi family is the goal. 

Depending on the capital available to you and the area your investing in it is not out of the question to accomplish your cash flow goals within 3 years by leveraging the lending from banks.
