Greetings all! I am a young entrepreneur in the western Massachusetts, and northern Connecticut areas attempting to cultivate intergenerational wealth through the assistance of mentorships, relationships, and partnerships in the Real Estate investing world. My goal is to have garnered enough passive income to leave my career in nine years or less. I hope I am able to bring value to others utilizing Bigger Pockets by assisting them in achieving their short term, and long term goals as well. I am open to any form of Real Estate investing as long as it makes "cents", and is appropriate to helping me establish the long term goal I have for my family of financial freedom. Thanks for your response @Gabriel De Almeida it is very much appreciated.  Sorry for my delayed response as well.  I am new to BP so I am attempting to grasp the site every time I log on lol.

I definitely want to mitigate the risk of any investment I partake in.  I also don't want to become a victim of analysis paralysis. 

I have been told by more than one investor that BRRRR is the best strategy to master to build wealth the fastest. Any literature, podcast, webinar suggestions on the topic @Steve Bracero
