Something must be wrong with my BP app.

However already in my pipeline I am getting $2mill commercial real estate to my cell phone at least once a week off-market and am now building my high price buyer funnel through connections with local agents for $100-200k assignment fees working with brokers to sign off. 

It seems like anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that we are in a massive seller's market, so why not take the risk / chance of listing their property first to see what happens? 

Hi Everyone, I see these different apps and memberships to help look for homes, evaluate properties but I am too frugal to blow the money.

The property I am considering buying is zoned for cell towers and one of the carriers has expressed interest in the past in locating a tower here. 

You'd think if an app or a website was going to take away all of our jobs, that would have happened already seeing as Zillow, FSBO and Redfin have all been around 15 years. 

Driving: use a mileage tracking app such as MileIQ or TripLog.

When driving for dollars (D4D)   I use mostly used DealMachine App to track my route.

Smaller options like Boone which has consistent App State student demand can also be evaluated if you just follow some of the highways on a map outward from the major cities.
