In fact if the tenant is getting regular social security, pension, or other payments they may be able to consistently pay their rent better than say a person working a seasonal job.

One some of my cheap apartments I can approve people with less especially those with social security or disability checks because they generally pay no taxes and often get other benefits that lower their cost of living (ie food tamps and "obama phones").

When I read this one to my wife, she said that here, if the kids are minors, you could call social services (child protection) as the parents are not providing proper supervision.

Tried Google and couple of "find people" sites and nothing turned up, no facebook or social networking profiles, and whatever found still showed property address which is now bank owned for over 6 months as current address.I would like to talk to him to get the inside scoop of what went on.

Viewit.ca is 50$ a month, they come to take pictures of your apartments and provide a sign if you want.I have never tried but there is also www.places4students.com that has partnerships with several canadian universities/
