If the local government doesn't want a project like this, it just won't happen.

People are really beginning to see that the government cannot create jobs nearly as efficiently as the Private Sector.There are a myriad of other reasons, but let's face it, Obama's honeymoon is OVER.

The banks are being controlled by the government; the auto industry is being controlled by the government; Freddie and Fannie have been taken over; and on and on and on.

Seems that someone in the city government (maybe PD) had a vacant house to sell, so they used that for bait.I think it's a 100 bucks a sign.Good points, very creative bunch!

In determining which way is the best for the lender/holder/servicer, subsidies by the government for losses can not be used in that determination.

When it comes to government, like banks, common sense is not the first thing that comes to mind.

I'm with Mark on this as well, my tenant, here in California (An ex-marine who gets government check) pays me a cashier check all the time and he is a good renter.To the issue of Section 8, there is no such thing as "Section 8 neighbourhood" I bet you that there are more than few section 8 tenant in the neighbourhood where your rental is.
