advice needed on project

I have an idea for a senior condo development that our town desperately needs. There has been a vacant lot with a building on it for several years. It is the perfect location for this development. Ruffly about 30 condos which is pretty normal size in our area. They would sell for approx 189,000 each. The property goes for about 2 mil. There is a huge waiting list in our town for senior housing and they would sell immediately. I am looking for a mentor to talk me through the process. I do not have any real estate experience, but have always had a passion for it. This is something I truly want to be involved in. If anyone can offer me any advice or help I would appreciate their time. Thanks
