@Jared Kovall-Scarlett  you can load up on all the RE training cousre manuals buy buying them on E bay.. when you can afford it of cousre.. many have good concepts many don't work but you can glean a few nuggets from each of the paid for trainers in America...

intra-bank transfers are instant.My tenant uses bank of america, I use B of A.

I just happened to expand on my experience in that some might as well be bank of America and some of them might as well be my uncle doing business out of his bedroom.

The simple truth is that most of America (myself included up until recently) are living as victims of the world around us.  

Bank of America, Chase, etc are not going to do portfolio loans for SFH investment properties.You still may have a bit of an issue being an out of state investor as investment properties are considered to be risky loan as it is.
