@Jared Kovall-Scarlett  you can load up on all the RE training cousre manuals buy buying them on E bay.. when you can afford it of cousre.. many have good concepts many don't work but you can glean a few nuggets from each of the paid for trainers in America...

Bank of America, Chase, etc are not going to do portfolio loans for SFH investment properties.You still may have a bit of an issue being an out of state investor as investment properties are considered to be risky loan as it is.
