Hi @Sam Monderer,I used the same one as @Thomas Fisher when i did itAll of them have to be 75 hours and in reality the relevant information could be pushed out in 20... so regardless of where you go there will be a lot of filler and fluff.

@Mark Libario As Sam pointed out, doing lease/options with investors is not going to work for you if you plan on sub-lease/optioning it.

@Sam PatelThis appears to be a complicated setup for what you are describing.The LLC, if done correctly, is a separate legal entity from either you or the private money lender.
