The one caveat I have about that area is that it is starting to be classified as a declining market.

Texas is indeed a competitive market, but with your background in IT and experience with stocks, you’re already well-equipped to analyze deals and make informed decisions.If you're open to exploring markets outside of Texas, I’d recommend looking into areas like Indianapolis.
