Dealing with deadbeats; (both government section 8 staff and tenants) I'm sure lots of people on section 8 are well deserving and need the program to survive but in my 24 years I just haven't met any.

Two in my area are National Corporate Housing and Oakwood Worldwide Corporate Housing. 

Many places have interior designs on staff and if you use their paint they will come out to the house for free.

They offer an online dashboard and staff a couple handymen full time.

Hi @Jeff B. you are correct in the definition of cost segregation, but a CPA is generally not qualified to do a cost segregation study unless they have construction engineers on staff.

The staff at PPR have always been great to deal with in my individual transactions, and I can tell you that several, if not all, of the people I dealt with on the original transaction nearly 4 years ago, are still there today.
