And like all things RE at the end of the day 9.5 out of 10 folks that think they are going to have a carrer wholesaling will end up failing in less than a year.. and very well have spent a lot of money on their marketing etc with nothing to show for it.this is just not as easy as sending out letters and website etc. you MUST have some skills to close a deal..
